Yes. Physical exercises are controlled directly through body movement, no sensors, no controllers, and cognitive exercises are completed on a large-screen touchscreen tablet. Learning is very quick, even for people who have never interacted with a video game before.
The physical and cognitive modules are designed to work across varying degrees of cognitive impairment. For residents with severe cognitive decline, it is recommended to begin with the physical module and the simpler cognitive exercises. Immersive virtual reality is not recommended in these cases.
The same goals as in conventional sessions: head control, static and dynamic balance, trunk control, coordination, range of motion, muscle strengthening, falls prevention, memory, attention, language, executive functions and activities of daily living.
Yes. The professional can supervise group and individual sessions from the same platform, adapting exercises to each resident's level within the group.
